I was at an anonymous car fixing shop and happened to see this poor thing leaning to the wall in the corner.

Didn't look too bar fom far, thanks to the pot, Lechuza Quadro with metallic shine would make even the ugliest weed look fancy. 

It's obvious they've put some effort in the interior green design at the start.

Meaning, they bought the plant and the pot from professional store and then forgot about it forever.

A closer look will reveal the ugly truth.

With no proper care after the planting, the soil level is ridiculously low and fallen leaves are just cleaned back in to the pot just so they're not on the ground. 

The amount of dust on the leaves was also quite fancy, tho I couldn't get a good pic about it while trying to be sneaky and take pictures unnoticed.

So the lesson is you should probably spend some money for the care too. 

Plants just don't stay good with no effort.
